22/02/16: This morning, Iban Cid has offered two talks on the “School and Business” program of FemCAT in the IES Valley of Hebron to 22 students of CFGM Administration and 15 students of the Humanities and Social Sciences baccalaureate respectively.
The evaluation that Iban has done after his interventions was a very rewarding experience. The students have shown great interest in the business world.
The School and Business program groups more than 110 entrepreneurs from FemCAT and external to the Foundation, who have been trained in a methodology that allows them to have a conversation with groups of students.
Prepared jointly with the Department of Education, the program focuses on the meeting between the students and a person who runs the company and who will explain his experience. The conversation with that person and the reflection on his motivation will help students to visualize aspects of life in the company and their role in society from a different perspective than usual.
